My all-time favorite recipe Chicken Rolls. I love chicken and it tastes heavenly. It has numerous health benefits let’s have a look.

1. High in Protein

If you’re looking for a great source of lean, low fat protein, this bird is the word. The protein in chicken lends itself to muscle growth and development, and help support a healthy body weight and aid weight loss.

2. Natural Anti-depressant

Chicken, like its brother fowl the turkey, is high in an amino acid called tryptophan, which gives you that comforting feeling after consuming a big bowl of mom’s chicken soup. In fact, if you’re feeling depressed, eating some poultry will increase the serotonin levels in your brain, enhance your mood, blasting stress, and lulling you to sleep.

If you’re entering your senior years and you’re concerned about Osteoporosis or arthritis, eating chicken will aid in your fight against bone loss thanks to the protein punch it packs!

 So let us start about its ingredients

 1. Wheat Flour [3 to 4 Cups] 
 2. Milk [1 to 2 Cups]
 3. Chicken Boneless [500 Grams]
 4. Onions [4 Medium Sized Chopped]
 5. Green Chilies [6 pieces Chopped]
 6. Cumin Powder [2 Table Spoon]
 7. Red Chili Powder [1 Table Spoon]
 8. Chat Masala [1 Tea spoon]
 9. Chicken Powder [1 and 1/2 Table Spoon]
10. Turmeric Powder [1/2 Teaspoon] 
11. Tomato Sauce [4 Table Spoon]
12. Chili Sauce [4 Table Spoon]
13. Rock Salt [2 Tea Spoon]
14. Sea Salt [To Taste]
15. Oil
16. Clean Papers


            Now for the chicken, first of all boil the chicken properly with salt and turmeric powder until it becomes soft and tender. Now take a pan heat it and add 2 spoon oil. Now in the oil sprinkle a little sea salt and add the boiled chicken carefully. Stir it well and eventually add turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, chat masala and chicken powder. Add a little water while frying so that it does not burn the spices. Cook well until it smells great. For preparing the wheat doe mix the wheat flour only with milk and keep it aside to settle. Now for the rolls take the wheat doe and make chappaties.Take a pan heat it spread the oil properly , place the chapattis and fry properly on both the sides by flipping it.Now after frying the rolls take the chopped onions add rock salt, green chopped chillies,tomato and green chili sauce and fix it properly. Now for the filling take the fried roll fill with fried chicken pieces in one line and top the mixed onions over the chicken. Now roll the whole packet from one side properly and wrap it half with clean papers. Serve hot.
