Indian Veg Soup

Veggy Soup

Winter is the time for the food lovers ! Let’s enjoy 
it with plate of soup !


1. Carrots - 1/2 cup
2. Beans - 1/4 cup
3. Peas - 1/2 cup
4. Tomato Puree - 1 and 1/2 cup
5. Garlic Paste - 1 teaspoon
6. Ginger Paste - 1 teaspoon
7. Coriander Leaves - 2 teaspoon
8. Butter - 4 teaspoon
9. Water - 3 glasses 
10.Salt  to Taste
11.Pepper to Taste

Method :

Take a pan and heat it nicely.
Put butter in it to melt.
Fry ginger and garlic paste.
Add tomato puree, carrots, beans, peas and water.
Pressure cook for 5-6 minutes.
Add coriander leaves.
Boil for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves or grated cheese.
